AI Eats Here provides AI knowledge index scoring and monitoring for companies. We aggregate and analyze data from various leading AI models to assess how well they understand and represent specific brands.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (billing cycle). Billing cycles are set on a regular basis, typically monthly or annually. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information provided by our service (including AI Knowledge Levels and insights) is based on the output of third-party Artificial Intelligence models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.

We do not claim that AI models are factually correct. We simply report on what the AI models are currently generating.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Eats Here, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
